Town of Glen Alpine has signed an MOU with NC Commerce & Rural Planning to provide services in creating an Economic Development Strategic Plan. This took place at the April Alderman meeting after Phil Boggan had visited Glen Alpine twice and shared the services offered and then made a formal presentation to the board. The Strategic Plam meeting with Phil Boggan was held with Mayor Herron and Clerk Crystal on May 27 to a tour of the town and information gathering. Background on all visits
